with project coordination for anything from a tenant build-out
to full owner representation on design and construction projects.
I have always been motivated by the challenge of bringing a project to completion. I have witnessed time and time again the gap in communications within project teams: architects, engineers, contractors and owners. Having worked hand-in-hand with each of these groups, I have gained valuable insight into what makes a project successful. The key is always communication.
The various players in the process are often talking different languages and important details fall through the cracks...
Time and money are lost as a result.
Although projects throughout my career have varied greatly, the toolkit I bring to the table is rooted in organization, methodology, and process. My ability to walk with a project from conception through completion, while maintaining effective communication and efficiency is what my clients and previous employers have appreciated most.
My goal is to keep my focus on what my clients are trying to achieve and do everything I can to help them get there by being part of their team.

Managed technology staff in daily operations. Developed and managed roll-out of new technology and major upgrades for corporate office. Set up remote systems in Chicago office and coordinated communications and technology with Moscow office.

Prepared and coordinated proposal materials. Worked with design teams to prepare for interviews.
